We originally designed our platform, website and seafarer mobile app to be as user friendly as they can be. However since our early days we've continually improved upon the design and functionality of our solution as we've noticed things that could be made easier to use, or indeed, have been suggested and requested by our users.

However, we also know that sometimes you might have questions to ask or issues that you need resolving and so we’ve also made it easy to find answers if you do.

The Suggest a Feature function

As we said at the start of this blog post, we genuinely do love to hear from you which is why we’ve also created the Suggest a Feature function on our website.

This is available for employers and manning agents and when clicked upon will open up an email so you can get in touch with us and send us your thoughts.

This means that if something’s not working as well as you think it should, or if you can think of a way to improve a function you can let us know, quickly and easily.

In fact - and this is a true story - a manning agent contacted us a while ago as they were having trouble locating a certain feature regarding adding new vessels to our system. We explained how to do just that. And we also updated our support website to include the instructions. We really do listen to your feedback!

And the Suggest a Feature function doesn’t have to be about problems: you could really take it at face value and tell us about a feature that you think would make Martide work better for you.
