Integrations - Cloud Fleet Manager

Here’s how to integrate Martide and Cloud Fleet Manager. Log into Martide and click Settings under your profile icon and then Cloud Fleet Manager:

You will go to this page:

Click the Add Integration button and you will see this:

Here you can: 

  • Enter the name of the integration; i.e. your company’s name or the name of a client. 
  • Enter the Cloud Fleet Manager domain URL – i.e. mycompany.cloudfleetmanager.com 
  • Enter your Cloud Fleet Manager username and password.  
  • Enter your Cloud Fleet Manager sync key. Please define your own sync key. 
  • Click Next and you will go to this page:

If any of your entries have a red cross by them, the integration has not been set up. If there is a green checkmark, it has been successful. You must set all three criteria for the integration to work. The Create ID button must also be toggled to on (blue) or off (grey.) 

Click the pen icon to edit each category and to sync them. For example:

When you sync your settings: 

  • Your manning agents on the left must match your manning agencies in Cloud Fleet Manager. 
  • Your ranks on the left must match the ranks in Cloud Fleet Manager. 
  • Your vessels on the left must match your vessels in Cloud Fleet Manager and you need to define which vessels you want to turn on. 
  • When all are showing green checkmarks, check the Employment box and start the sync:
