As a shipowner or ship manager do you ever wish there was a really easy way to see which seafarers are on board your vessels at any given moment in time? The good news is - there is. We built the Reports page to give you an at-a-glance overview of exactly that.

Where to find and how to use the Reports page

Log in to your Martide account. In the header bar on the far right you will see Reports:

Click on Reports and you will see a drop down box that says Onboard. Click this and you will be taken to a page that looks something like this:

In our example we have two vessels; the Black Pearl and the Endeavour. On this page you can see:

  • The vessels in your fleet.
  • What type of vessels they are.
  • What flag they’re sailing under.
  • Their last geographic position.

How to see who is onboard a vessel

To see who is onboard a vessel, click on the vessel’s name. That will take you to a page that looks something like this:

In our example, we’ve clicked on the Black Pearl. This tells us that Able Seaman Ferdinand Magellan and Bosun James Cook are currently onboard. It also tells us when their contracts expire.

If you click on a seafarer’s name it will take you to their Candidate Profile page.

The Reports page really is as simple as that and we hope you find it useful. If you have any other questions, however, please feel free to get in touch with us at [email protected]
