Anglo-Eastern (Offshore) is part of the Anglo-Eastern Group and has its primary focus on providing vessel and crew management together with specialist marine consultancy services to the offshore industry (oil & gas and renewables).
The Group was originally established in 1974 as a chartering and ship owning organisation but following a management buy-out in 1998 its focus became 3rd party ship management. The subsequent merger with Denholm Ship Management in 2001created one of the largest independent third party ship management companies. In 2015, Anglo-Eastern further expanded by merging with Univan Ship Management.
