Jüngerhans is a shipping company with a fleet of more than 30 modern container and heavy-lift-vessels, thus belonging to the leading providers of these segments in Europe. The company is owned and managed by the fourth generation of the Jüngerhans family and looks back on more than 120 years of tradition in shipping.
Due to strategic growth and innovative shipbuilding projects, the Jüngerhans shipping company has a young and technically advanced fleet. In addition, the group was expanded through partnerships and investments, therefore the market position was strengthened as new business opportunities were opened up.
In recent decades, more than 100 ships were ordered worldwide at selected shipyards or acquired in the second-hand market. The shipping group currently has about 40 employees on shore and 600 officers and sailors on board ships.
