LivNordic by Raison d’Etre is looking for passionate, professional, and service-minded Massage Therapists & Fitness Instructors to join our onboard spa teams across our luxury spas at sea.

About the Role

As part of our onboard spa team, you will combine professional massage and wellness treatments with fitness and movement activities to create memorable guest experiences. (hosting fitness/movement classes). This is a dynamic and hands-on role where every team member contributes to all aspects of the spa operation, guest journey, and team culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing professional massage and spa treatments
• Leading fitness classes and wellness activities
• Supporting daily Spa Reception operations
• Providing exceptional guest service and wellness guidance
• Creating a welcoming and positive spa environment onboard
• Hosting workshops, seminars, and wellness activities

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a high-end spa environment
• Diploma education as a massage therapist or equivalent qualification
• Certification or diploma as a Personal Trainer and/or Fitness Instructor
• Experience leading activities such as Yoga, Pilates, Latin Dance, group fitness, or similar
• Strong massage therapy skills, including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• A positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• The ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and people
• Previous cruise ship or international spa experience, (having worked with English as your main language).

Preferred Qualifications

One or more of the following certifications are highly valued:

• CIDESCO
• CIBTAC
• ITEC
• International accredited massage education

Additional skills and experiences that are considered a plus:

• Previous cruise ship or international spa experience
• Valid STCW certificates
• Experience hosting workshops, seminars, and activities focused on:

All employment offers are subject to successfully passing mandatory medical examinations required for working onboard.
