About the Role

As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the overall onboard spa operation, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction while leading and developing the spa team according to LivNordic standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the daily spa operations and administration.

- Leading, motivating, and supporting the spa team.

- Ensuring exceptional guest service and memorable wellness experiences.

- Managing spa reception duties as part of the daily operation.

- Monitoring financial performance, retail sales, and operational targets.

- Planning, organizing, and controlling departmental activities.

- Ensuring adherence to company standards and third-party agreements.

- Collaborating closely with hotel management and ownership representatives

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

- Previous management and leadership experience.

- A background as a Spa Therapist.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- A genuine, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.

- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

- Strong business understanding and financial awareness.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Advanced MS Office skills.

- Experience from the spa, wellness, hotel, or resort industry.

Additional Qualifications (Highly Valued)

- Leadership or management education/certifications

- Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor certification

- Experience hosting workshops, classes, or wellness seminars

Please note that visible tattoos are generally not permitted while on duty. Tattoos covered with make-up, skin-colored sleeves, or coverings other than the company uniform are still considered visible under our appearance guidelines. However, exemptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.

All employment offers are also subject to successfully passing mandatory medical examinations required for working onboard.
