Earning Types

In Martide Earning Types lets you add different methods in which your seafarers earn their wages. For example, bonus or overtime. 

Log into Martide and click Settings under your profile icon then on Earning Types:

The Earning Types page looks like this an you can add and edit Earning Types here:

How to add a new Earning Type

Click the Add Earning Type button. You will see this pop-up box:

Enter the type of earning and GL (general ledger) code, and select the unit: per month, per day or per hour. For example:

Click Save. Your Earning Type will now appear on the main page.

How to edit an Earning Type

Click the pen icon next to the Earning Type you want to change:

The pop-up box will open and you can change the earning Type, unit or GL code.
