How to Select Your Travel Agents

Crew Managers can select which Travel Agents you want to sync with in Martide so you can contact them about flights and other travel arrangements when arranging crew changes. 

Log into your Martide account and click Settings in the menu under your profile picture, then on Travel Agents:

You will go to this page:

This page shows all the travel agents in Martide’s system. In our example there are two.

Here you can:

• Activate the travel agents you want to be able to use.
• Deactivate the travel agents you don’t want to use.
• To activate/deactivate a travel agent, click the button next to their name. If it's blue, users can see that agent when requesting flight information. 
• If the button is gray, the agent won't appear in the list when you request flight information.

When you’ve finished selecting the travel agents you want to use/not use click Save.
